LTC Bullet: Wednesday November 10, 1999 Seattle-- Center for LTC Financing President Stephen A. Moses will speak at the Heritage Foundation on Dec. 7, 1999 at noon. The title of the program, as assigned by Heritage, is "How Conservatives Can Solve the Long-Term Care Crisis." Also presenting will be Richard Teske, a health care writer/consultant and former US-DHHS Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Reagan administration. Attorney Howard Cohen of Greenberg Traurig, former Chief Health Counsel of the House Commerce Committee, will respond and comment.
